I asked her if she'd be interested in selling and she is, but here is some of the hair on this potential investment:*There are 3 siblings, two are in contact and receptive to selling, the third is estranged but came out of the woodwork looking for a piece of the pie.

. - The only other thing I see is that not all renters have a washer / dryer.  

I’ve seen some light scratches on floors and extra hair cleanup, but honestly, it hasn’t been anything major when there are good systems in place.

(I will note that this is not the fault of the previous seller obviously, just part of the story).I also found out a few days into living there when installing my new washer and dryer that the grey water drain for the washer was clogged which was forcing all of the water back out into the area and onto the ground.

I am currently in the process on renting the unit out. but, wanted to see what everyone thinks about the renovation. the appliances are new (got a deal for the dryer and stove). dishwasher is not new, but only used once.

Honestly, if you’re not automating payments by now, you’re just asking for gray hairs.

I have replaced parts in the washer and dryer.

At least then you know what’s coming before buyers pick it apart.Have you thought about maybe dropping the price just a hair to get more eyes on it?

A couple times I was doing something jazzy that I dreamt up myself so there was some interaction about my hair-brained idea, but process was pretty much the same that I had all prints and details completed and it was just review and approvals.
