I suspect this isn’t practical now but he used to personally take application to their residence to get an idea of how they cared for their home.

It’s totally fair to be cautious with a Section 8 applicant, especially when you’re new to that program.

Make sure you have all of the necessary information, proper documents, etc. applicable to that specific state.

Pay money for good photographs ... maybe at a couple different times of day -- full daylight w/ blue skies, dusk with sunset and -- if applicable -- nighttime shots.
