But I got slightly turned off when a few would speak up and say "my bookings are definitely affected..." and things became slightly political and the message I'd see was- "I'm not being affected at all...

In Chicago the worst building are the elevator high rises mostly owner occupants who pay huge HOA $600-1200 and still have barely any reserves for their size, they tend to be politically far left with anti landlord rules in their HOA docs and a very poorly run HOA.

VERY political.  

So, embrace the journey, and don't forget to celebrate small victories along the way!

We sent a letter to ALL the tenants, politely reminding them to be respectful of their neighbors.

We should celebrate that.But also, there are pockets of deep despair.

Leverage your money and celebrity by only using it as a down payment.

Defense they can get from China and Russia without our questioning their social and political alignments.
