I put roughly 20% down on a $200k home, and am curious what steps I could take to possibly turn my original investment into a large portfolio within the next 10 years, when we're currently "low on liquid funds" after finishing up a wedding....

If they think it should or should not include certain SF then they need to adjust the lease rate they're willing to pay, or revise the leasing exhibit/description to match their expectation of leasable SF.On Wed this week I did an industrial outdoor lease exhibit for 3 Ac gross on a larger 20+ acre site.

I have lived in Truckee for over 23 years and understand the pain you can go through dealing with a local government where the answer you received on Monday is different than the answer you receive on Tues, Wed, Thur & maybe even Friday if anyone is working.

We are renting them on Airbnb and on our site as wedding but yes Airbnb does not have that option yet.

Expect unlimited ice cream, a sprinkle pool, and an ice-cream wedding chapel.

I ended up making a profit that paid for my wedding and honeymoon!
