The one girl who posted saying she closed a wholesale deal, got that deal from outside of your marketplace (someone she met on FB) and it honestly didn't have anything to do with your program.

You don't ask it "underwrite this property for me", you need to baby it and be very specific about what you are asking it to prevent it from getting confused.
