I’ve got that Arizona license #AZ-21837, and I lean on a pretty wide network of top-tier realtors and boots-on-the-ground pros who can give you insights you might not find by just browsing listings online.

At the time I looked, 20 or so years ago, the problem with smaller down towns is the proliferation of nearby strip malls, where the stores are surrounded by a large parking lots, and for laundromats, attract more customers as they can park easily, walk to adjacent stores for shopping, snacks, and browse newspaper and magazine racks, which explains why they do better, there's more customers.

I am just getting used to browsing on here but so far it is information overload.

3.zillow is used for browsing but notorious for being inaccurate with multifamily 4. tough to say without know more. 

So you can browse your county records and look at the status of cases. 

call some lenders. go to meetups. browse the forums on BP.
