You are much less likely to get a contingency offer accepted on an investor property.The way around this is build a relationship with a private or hard many lender and run the deal by them before you put your offer in.

I understand that everybody will have their own personal experience with this but it's more than mine at this point lol Vinyl plank should have a backing built in and can be laid down on top of concrete, wood, or whatever.
