I am used to most RE investors starting with something a bit less complex like a traditional duplex and work up to a mixed use 5 unit.I include PM fees even when self managing. 

The cabin isn’t the attraction, but more of a welcome place to sleep and enjoy a cup of coffee.Large cabins are trying to be the attraction - almost like a mini amusement park.  

I would check with your CPA before setting anything up.If you are talking about referring people to local fun businesses like the boat rental, restaurants, amusement parks etc then there is no problem.

I am using them for 5 SFH rentals in Montgomery, AL. 

This would depend on the nearby attractions within 5 miles radius such as hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, amusement park, government building, major corporations, schools, etc.

I am wondering how to easly  integrate rental forms ( I use WI Legal Blank) into my landlord software (I am using Simplifyem).

Can you think of better ways to use it than how I am using it now?
