Is there a way to get to the ground from that deck?

A marketing deck/presentation is not the PPM. 

I'm seeking marketing decks, proformas, and so on for syndicates that have resulted in total or partial principal loss.

Tariffs won't have much initial impact as 83% of US economy is Services and unimpacted, and of the goods part of economy, we Import far more than we Export so tariffs on either side will hurt foreigners far more than USA, but trade war will degrade GDP, so 10yr yield will fall more from that lower expected GDP than from mild inflation causing it to rise, but this is all irrelevant short term "re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic", so to speakHighly selective Real Estate picking/management or very selective Value based stock picking or precious metals will be the probable course to Navigate the next 30+ years. 

Minimum $100,000 rehab based on my 10 minutes of inspection, shingles missing, foundation problems, cracked tile in house, cracked drywall joints everywhere in the house, rotting deck in backyard etc....

The median price of a single family home in the US is $423,000 and climbing so $410,000 for a decked out new duplex is not "staggering high".

After they came all the products stay in suspension in the air, and today I uncovered the furnitures and saw the deck and furnitures covered in green.

However, the buyer will be doing pool heater, tiki bar, outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen, extending a huge pool deck for sunning with pergola, a bunch of outdoor games and possibly a pickleball court. 

Here, I know homeowners who've had to tear down brand-new decks & garages because they didn't play nice with the city.

Based on that, renting would result in a significant monthly loss, even if I could charge a bit more for the pool.The house is about 10 years old, but we’ve already taken care of major maintenance items:•New AC/furnace•Replastered pool with quartz & redone decking•All new appliancesIf we sold now, we estimate breaking even or possibly taking a slight loss.
