That's kind of asking what types of cars are out there.

Now I’m focused on putting the liquidity I do have to work as wisely as possible.Not much house hacking potential — one-car garage used for storage.Around $300K total in savings/investments, but only about $80K liquid without major tax penalties.Considering a HELOC, though being unemployed complicates that.

Historically speaking they lose value really fast, require maintenance like a car or truck, and are not easy to rent to other people.

And a full service car wash to boot. 

We use white cotton duvet covers and wash after each guest stay.  

So sewer costs are not always less than septic costs.We like rentals:In non-rental neighborhoods, with low crime and good schools.No power linesNo busy streets, no double yellow linesNo commercial, industrial, odorous uses nearby.Off street parking, of our current tenants 100% have cars and need places to park them.

I didn't realize until shortly before their stay and I asked about a car and they weren't old enough to book one!  

The condition was he would not charge for his labor in exchange for 50% profit at sale.

It's quite nice, has 1 car (detached) garage, etc, etc,  etc.
