I'm looking to improve the curb appeal of my 3F Red Brick building.

You can't have a psf value in a spreadsheet and use it to estimate your insurance cost.

I was able to eliminate that expense just by switching to baselane because I can do it myself now.

1) Research Zoning of similar property2) Do search with same zoning criteria with propertyradar or have title company give you a list.3) Possibly filter by satellite photos to eliminate undesirable topography.

Another cost and more time. 

I ran my numbers over and over and it could have worked.

They ended up staying 12 years, and were very organized and good tenants.

Eliminates shipping costs on big pieces this way.
