If they seem like great tenants, then an incremental bump that they'll agree to is probably going to be way better than bumping it by a few hundred dollars and then having a turnover on your hands.

At the end of the second 90 days they do submit a plan, which is rejected as totally inadequate by the BK Trustee, and they are then given an additional 60 days to correct the plan.
