If they refund me what they overcharged me.

They billed us or overcharged us tohelp them have an income.

The fact I can go to my kid's golf game today, yet still catch a vendor overcharging me $81 the day before on a SFR in Georgia makes me feel the systems that are in place, plus the ability to manage sacrifices has paid off.I've had the same team in most of businesses for almost 8 years, and have a growing RE team that continue to impress me. 

I keep beating this to death but I think they are overcharging at least 15 hours if not 20 hours.   5 hours?

I found similar patterns between all 5 companies: namely, they had taken on too many units, were over-charging me for things I didn't need, and weren't handling issues correctly (they would send out vendors who didn't know what they were doing, mis-diagnose issues etc.)No disrespect to the PMs on this chain or BP in general, but any third-party manager won't perform exactly the way you would like them to simply because of the constraints they are faced with as far as having so many units and owners to keep tabs on. 

While the vetting of residents is greater with FF over an Airbnb or similar platform, I think Airbnb overcharges for the increased convenience. 

I have done that model and the work always overchargers and overreaches because they are there all the time.

Some wholesalers over charge and don't understand the market and arv or BRRR.

Definitely helpful.I got a lawyer who did overcharge me a bit but the tenant left the property spot clean.

I'm interested if my experience is unique or if others have experienced what seems to be overcharging and price gouging.
