The university has 3 semesters a year, and a 7 week summer term.

We are both from Marlton, NJ (South Jersey), but he has since moved to Greenville, NC to pursue a career down there when he graduates after this semester from East Carolina.I am closing on my first deal as we speak and he has begun to look at places for himself.  

I would be getting an additional $3000 if I stay for another semester of college in spring, not including any additional income i may get from saving with a part time job.

Younger families are starting to move into town so single family homes might be a little more advantageous since it would seem there's not much of a seasonal cycle due to fall and spring semesters.

I should finish my BA in Accounting after the Summer 2018 semester.

The covert lot I ran in Raleigh (up to 22 spaces, but we were never close to full) for our members as a 'revenue enhancer' was unattended, automated, easy to manage (handled a few calls a semester), and not a burden.

Its been a crazy semester and I recently got a position with Yardi systems.

At the same time as this was happening, I was actually in the process of changing majors in college (I'm a junior at JMU in Virginia,) and had dropped a few courses, so I felt I had some time to commit to the endeavor until my next semester starts.

I am a student in university, fairly new to REI and busy learning about my local market where I plan to invest.I am in the process of saving for loan down payment since I aim to first acquire a rental or more ideally do a house-hack when I am able to qualify for a loan (I have not researched private lending yet - any tips would be welcomed for financing options).I have a semester break coming up in which I hope to go out and get a feel for the Cape Town market - open to anything.

Well now that I'm quickly approaching my last semester of law school and soon will be facing the real world, I have recently been turning more attention to my financial future.
