Many are stubborn about lowering price though. 

I am a lot of different things and stubborn is definitely one of them.

After almost 8 months of learning that I knew nothing about the construction business and another year of being too stubborn to cut my losses I sold the house at breakeven.

Have them get a BR attorney right away and make sure the stubborn lenders know about it!

(If only the owner hadn't been so stubborn, we were so close on a price and I didn't even know a foreclosure was in the works!)
