Mold is a recent fad, causing insurance people to freak out and the victim mentality to proliferate.I had some bad tenants with a mold issue years ago.

That is what I used when I was doing foreclosures 10-15 years ago (before it became the next fad). 

Blaming 'racism' for everything is a political fad that started around 2013 and has only gotten worse.

You will miss out on deals at first and that will suck but you will be in the beginning stages of mastering wholesaling so that you aren't here today and gone tomorrow.Real estate can be like a fad diet.

The idea of the advertisement is to focus on how little time can yield big results and seems very convincing to people who are already limited on time and short on patience.The reality of the situation, however, is that six minutes’ worth of ab exercise alone is not enough to get you in shape, but consistency in exercise balanced, with cardio routines and a diet, may actually leave you looking like a television fitness model.While patience is a virtue, waiting around doing nothing certainly isn’t the answer to finding success, in business or in life.

The whole "I hate popcorn ceilings" fad has been going on now for about 20 years.

Many of these people move from fad to fad or whatever they think sounds  cool and easy.

The ADU thing is really big right now, kinda like a fad.....I used to bid on a lot of these when they first hit the scene in San Diego and the numbers usually did not work, people just did it because it was a 'cool' thing to do...Don't do that...make the numbers work first.

I really think glamping was a Covid fad.

The city of Chicago doesn’t allow short term rentals in 2 to 4 unit buildings unless you are actually renting out your own residence. my personal opinion, is the short term rental fad is slowly leveled off to a more stable and long-term sector of the real estate market.
