I will say, my extremely competent sister in law attorney, partner, super busy, charges $250 hour or so.

My aunt ..(.seriously no pun intended) was just telling my sister on Easter about using cinnamon.

Standard 30 yr fixed with my sister providing cash for the down and closing.

Then my sister (who is managing the repairs) suggested painting it.

Couldn’t not tell the location but maybe add some brackets and new lumber to beef it back up like a sister joist repair.

My "bro" generation (Mid 20's) thinks real estate is trendy and cool because their sisters boyfriends uncles son flips houses and he tells them how much money he makes doing so and he's the "cool guy without a "real job"".

Our first 2 Sister Duplexes in Danbury Ct need one new Roof NOW and that is at least $6,000 and we must do it within the next 20 days.  

I've never owned one but my sisters have had them.
