I could write a book on all the shenanigans and screws up I have seen in my 30 years of adult life in a business setting.

To the tune of dang near adopting a grown a** adult, providing her free shelter, utilities, and access to his land?

However, if you are young and struggling there are better places to grow as a young adult and find success and that's just a hard truth.

I am interested in building a curriculum to introduce kids/young adults to the thought of real estate, the importance of owning it & etc.Real Estate is something we weren't taught in school, especially in Mississippi, so I would like to get you guy's idea on some possible things that would be important to the curriculum & possibly, are there currently any resources out like that that teaches kids about it. 

After all, we're all adults here aren't we?

Kids go to school with great teachers and programs, can flourish in whatever they have an interest in and become productive adults.
