I am asking out of curiosity.I rent to families all the time, but my properties are B+ and tenants are screened.

Yesterday I was garage band jamming in HS and chasing girls.

I'm confused as to the exact problem with the exiting floor being this dimension.

We have other properties that are Class B and they roll along just fine, require less work, and make less money.

The hot thing in our market now however is many are jumping on the Airbnb band wagon.

Can you supply a picture and dimensions(lot, building, parking).

Allen Hua I would have to disagree with Jeff B. and say that yes, rental income can be counted when purchasing a rental property and therefore help your DTI by offsetting the PITI of that mortgage.
