Sorry for going on for so long I am on vacation and doing a little drinking catching up on some reading on BP.

Drink a lot of brewed beverages with fellow BP members here in the local area, attend a lot of meet-ups, and pass out a lot of business cards.  

Even offered to buy me a drink :)

The water needs to pass potability tests periodicaly (at least I would sleep better knowing the tenant had potable drinking water).

Now would you prefer your waiter to hide for an hour and not tell you what is going on or to tell you upfront so you can order another drink from the bar? 

People drink more water .
