This is a bit of a gamble though.

JImmy mods are going to get you for continuing to cut and paste the same things over and over.he spams these messages encouraging investors to reach out with questions and when you do try to connect with him, he'll reject you and tell you to do more research until you are for sure ready to buy in Columbus... 

If you were single, no kids, I would still say not enough, but the gamble might be a little easier to swing. 

I get a ton of spam, it can sit in it's folder and do it's thing no worse then the junk mail I get at my actual house.It's often hard for CA folks to imagine houses so cheap exist when everything around us is so expensive, but it does.

However, facebook has way too much clutter, spam, and fraud so I really don't use it much for RE purposes. 

The standard action on their end will be: spam and block.

It just makes it a blind gamble. 

I took the gamble that possible mold remediation in the basement and structural deficiences wouldn't be a greater than $75k issue. 

A Christmas card from "your friends at Investment, LLC" might as well be spam.

Smart investors don't gamble and they will abate.
