BUT, it's Sunday night, I have a doctor's appointment this week, my left knee hurts and I really need to get that checked out, I've launched some new marketing pieces and expect the phone to be ringing by Wednesday, I have a few rehabs going I need to check on, my truck is full of stuff that needs to be unloaded, I have an appointment with my bookkeeper this week....

Condo's have bylaws that normally protect the interest of the other owners inside the condominium.

If a father and son purchase a condominium together and the son lives in the residence and actively pays the father rent (father has invested more in the property than the son), is this property eligible for a 1031 exchange?
