Some parts of the glavanized rusted pipes were patched while other sections of the same pipe were so thin they were leaking and again all covered up with sheetrock.I did do an inspection but no one looked behind the sheeteockI really appreciate everyone's feedback.!!!

If the deal is thin on cash-flow, the challenge is holding the property especially when the big ticket items come due someday (ie roof, havoc, etc).

I like to have one because it is just so darn great to do thin rips on long pieces, but you can work around that too with a circular or jig saw in many cases.
