The surround sound and TV above the fireplace is a deal breaker for a lot of women.

Sadly women need the training the most but hardly ever get help.

When I first started buying homes in the mid 90s, I was in a laundry matt doing a load of clothes( because I lived in my rehabs and did not own a washer.

I spoke with two women who noted that female unemployment in their age group was above 50 percent.As such, they had each built themselves employment via this AirBNB model. 

I have to change my clothes after each time I go outside due to all the rain, I wouldn't mind being in the Sunshine State for week or two!

Sometimes it's fun to do the things that are supposedly below my paygrade, and someday I will learn that I can't wear my "nice" clothes because I will always end up covered in job site dust.

Machine shops, mechanic shops, even clothing stores and restaurants will lose a huge part of their business.
