life is not a spectator sport. 

Ex: amusement parks, sports arenas, concert venue, nightlife, major parks, universities, festivals, races.

Milwaukee has more than it's share of dining and recreation such as Sports bars, local breweries and many large corporations like Foxconn and Amazon also have large plants here.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

Not sure about the staff side of things, but one of my friends campus rentals was rented out to part of the sports team, once the team found out the season was cancelled, they called code enforcement and got out of their lease.However my campus rental has stayed full! 

It'll be difficult to see all my buddies new trucks and sports cars on the road next to my 120k mile dodge dart, but will absolutely be worth it :)  Best of luck this year with all your endeavors, and Go Rockets! 

Personally, I loved college, but I went more for sports than for school and if I were to do it again, I would have made some different choices.Thing 1: some states require college degree for your brokers license so check on that (though nothing wrong with associates or community college while working as an agent)Thing 2: some of my 17 yo decisions were pretty stupid, so I would suggest taking a step back and evaluating.

There was one reason - I wanted lake front property and needed someone that specialized in understanding lake front property specific issues (EPA - building - pollution - water sports - lake level fluctuations)She came right out and asked me why and I told her.

I have the municipality unlock the meter valve but I turn it on myself so I can check things out and make sure all the water devices are working properly.

The draw is near Texas medical center, sports arenas, downtown, etc.
