Not sure about the staff side of things, but one of my friends campus rentals was rented out to part of the sports team, once the team found out the season was cancelled, they called code enforcement and got out of their lease.However my campus rental has stayed full!

Personally, I loved college, but I went more for sports than for school and if I were to do it again, I would have made some different choices.Thing 1: some states require college degree for your brokers license so check on that (though nothing wrong with associates or community college while working as an agent)Thing 2: some of my 17 yo decisions were pretty stupid, so I would suggest taking a step back and evaluating.
