I think this is just another iteration of Evolve and Vacasa.

Each iteration I read about not having a GC supply or pay for materials, actually has nothing about a desire to control the materials management leg of things, it's from a perception/assumption that it will save-$, effect a reduced cost of materials.

So I've never had a blockage since doing this type of rehab.With 2 daughters I've pulled a lot of rats out of P-traps & their 2" shower drains P-traps at home & in their current homes.My days of climbing under vanities & kitchen sinks are over but then again I'm not as slim & agile as you.

I should re-iterate that this entire thread is about one county in Georgia and can't be generalized to other locations.

Hey Medvin,The point I was trying to get across was that the entire process -- if you're starting from scratch without any rehab experience -- is iterative. 

Every letter should be a new iteration of the benefits of working with you + your contact information + a strong call to action. 

We are closely tracking/testing all our marketing strategies and make small tweaks each iteration to try to increase our success rate.

I found a sign-up for an earlier iteration of this scheme--same benefits, wayyy less cost.

We are certainly not satisfied with the app and by all means plan to continuously iterate on the app to give it greater functionality.
