@Yvette May, Sorry to say, but your tenant knows exactly what she's doing, hoping you'll give up, lose your cool so she can play this out til the bitter end.

Bitter moment but business is business.

But I will still fight for myself a little longer to see if I can possibly get some skin in the game to prevent me from having to swallow that bitter pill or at least maybe a little  lesser tasting pill.

Banks could not charge more than 10%, such laws have been changing with the SAFE Act/Dodd-Frank bitter pill taken by institutions and have been modified allowing higher rates for such lenders. 

Apparently someone drank the koolaid & may be bitter.

I'm not bitter I promise :) I've just learned to work with the system but coming from a banking background I can tell you that most 'lenders' just tick boxes and don't have a clue about credit risk.  

I like to think of lost rent as a regular operating expense and factor it in as vacancy rate.The most important thing in this case is to not take it personally, don't let it make you mad or bitter.

 In the 237 places that don't selected, there is going to be some bitterness, particularly the ones that made a serious effort and expended significant resources.... 

Even though there is not much snow, I find the winters bitter cold with the breeze off the ocean.I 've looked at buying in many of the parks, last time I looked at a place east of Rt 1 where a mobile went for $10k and only a few miles to ocean. 

OTOH, it's a bit of a bitter pill to swallow to know there is such a stigma attached to my chosen profession.I think it likely that used car salesman have a better reputation than wholesalers.
