There isn't enough inventory, and it's really putting the brakes on how much I can sell.  

I don't believe in brakes and if I start to pursue something I give it everything I got.

As a lender, I deal with a lot of investors and rental property owners and I will tell you from first-hand experience that if you attempt to purchase/finance too many properties too quickly, the lender may want you to tap the brakes or flat out deny any financing.

We had new brake pads put on as well.The newest thing I had to do was replace the front driver side seat belt assembly.

The only thing I have done to it in the last few years was put a new starter in it myself, the motorized trunk latch on the back needed replacing ( I did that as well).The brakes needed replacing and bleeding.

Choosing the finishes and look will make or brake you.

If its not the State of IL that your license is in and you're not a r.e. broker then many real estate investors may very well be braking laws of their Commission.

Also, get rid of knob and tube but make sure it doesn't brake the bank first.
