A major ingredient in RE success is using data in decision-making. 

Residential housing has absolutely zero indicators or ingredients of any decline coming anywhere close to any form of collapse.

But nobody would infer it's anything remotely close to going to grocery store, picking out ingredient's, cooking all up, creating the meal in totality.
