If you have furniture in the house, then cover EVERYTHING.

But it's tougher for STRs now, so anyone wanting their piece of the pie needs to bring their A game. so a few things. 4 of your 5 hero pictures are of your kitchen, you might want to mix it up there. you have some patio furniture, but that's it for your backyard. put in something for people to envision with that backyard?

As one of the units I bought came with furniture I am seriously considering a go at temporary rentals like the AIR B&B model. 

I'll get a call for a LL credit reference from a financer of furniture or cars and think 'that renter ain't goin' nowhere'.

If you take on their furniture and decor I guess that could be negative.

My owners who have updated their homes with modern furniture packages and highly themed rooms, along with a nicely equipped game room do much better than those who do nothing to the home and hope it will attract some guests. 

Maybe leave a kayak for guest to use (have them sign waivers in case of accidents).Get some old furniture, some bicycles to loan and make a bed and breakfast!?
