I hear you @Colleen F. we've spent a lot of time building relationships with the metro housing authorities...we'll still place private pay folks, but since COVID-19 we get 100+ inquiries for each vacancy...and 50% of those are private pay folks facing an eviction and scrambling to find a unit where the landlord does not screen like they should....once they are in the door all they have to pay is utilities and they are good to go for a while...
