Grateful for you help since this is rather new to me and I'm gathering info and methods to help my serve my clients better. 

Again, please, feel free to pay that portion of my auto expense, I will be just as grateful as your tenants for only having to pay 80% of actual market price. 

We are extraordinarily grateful for the opportunity, even more so for those of us who have had others dictate our pay rate.

If you all have any suggestions or advice, I would be very grateful to hear them.

And this problem is so pervasive that this elitist political class is now blatant in there stance and actions, doing it arrogantly, ramming it down everyone's throat and saying how grateful we should all be for it and demanding we all accept it as requisite responsibility for such. 

This economic certainty is something that we all should be grateful for and take advantage of, so don't miss the opportunity to invest!
