Life isn't a chess match, it is a poker game. 

He was the one that ALWAYS won in Risk, Monopoly, and dollar poker.

The only way to get ahead would be, as in poker, for someone else to lose.  

(paraphrased), giving everyone that had to sit down to pee a chance to get out of Dodge (:That said....I respect all our fine men and women in the armed forces I talk to them online all the time via the Poker Rooms, Myspace, ect.., and I think those of us that believe in praying should pray that the leaders of our nations obtain the wisdom to make the difficult decisions that must be made to end this nonsense.

This must be why I'm not very good at poker because I'd be dropping my rents, lowering my sales price, whatever, to get out of some of these positions that I think some people have to be in right now...

Everyone was covering their hand in the big poker game so it was trickier to get what you needed from them.I would not be one to completely discourage someone from buying a course that had good reviews.

These are all businesspeople that I have known through managing a poker club in my area.

I am surprised that as a great poker player @J Scott did point this out but investing is a game of probabilities in any market.

Rocklin, Roseville, lincoln, folsom, Granite bay, sacramento, lots of areas up here have good rentals but the monthly return after 20% is pretty poor usually and the COC return pretty much sucks... you are playing the appreciation game really, even with rising rents lately.
