We're in the midst of a global pandemic!

This "I have the secret  sauce no one else has" form of marketing is very offensive to me. 

I took no offense and hope you likewise take no offense to my well intentioned (but possibly not worded with any sugar coating) advise. 

The rest of the world is on a kamakazie mission with rates global debt investors have no where to hide with 30 percent of sovereign debt markets with negative yields.

In a global world, this exposure alone is highly valuable.My college education taught me many more ways to do things right than I would have learnt through experience alone. 

But as I grew my portfolio more and more, the banks started looking more at my ratios for my global financial situation.

Getting back to the topic of this thread: even in the last downturn (which was a doozy); the great Global Financial Crisis 2008-2010, second only to the Great Depression 1929, plenty of properties in my market including some of mine did not lose value and some still appreciated.
