The key is not necessarily to fill your MTR with true leisure business coming in, go after businesses that have business travelers coming in and out of these downtown offices.

Take a leisurely walk through home depot or Lowes.

This way you can check up on the property at your leisure.

Me and the wife are ‘halfway’ looking for a house, but being able to drive around and see houses without bothering an agent with houses we aren’t going to buy is SWEET. it’s nice being able to see what $X will buy in Y neighborhood in person at our own leisure.

Personnel are fine, but there seem to be very few players and they tend to be leisurely in their response times and magically all price in a narrow range.
