Maybe ask the neighbor to prove that they are filming their fence line and not people in the pool by sharing their video feed with you?

If those 4 are helping you makerent I think it will not matter to the underwriter.

I understand you have to give that out so your tenants can make rent deposits but did she get any of your other information or was this whole scam pulled off with just the information you had to give out to collect rent without going to her door each month?

The proximity to Richmond, Fort Lee, and all the new development going on, movies being filmed there, new restaurants coming up, it won't be Church Hill, but I think it's very solid investment!
