@Wayne Brooks  I see these deals that are bank owned getting a little stickier  I just closed one up in PA were the sellers title company  ( seller mandated) the people working the transaction were in India  it was a strange experience to say the least and there is no way your going to get any kind of back to back closing with a company like that.. you need the cash to buy then you need to open escrow at a different title company once you own it and resell. 

Not sure I would be investing in RE there, well... maybe farm land in India and stock in Deere to take advantage of the growing cane market / technology (assuming the need for massive sugar demand to produce building materials).To the question, for me... hands down Option B. 

India is the most concerning, but they lack the petro strength. 

Finally, my big Why is to be able to educate up to 1000 children each year in Africa or India through the passive income from my portfolio of cash flowing properties.

I am new to biggerpockets and am very impressed with the networking wealth of information available.They are international grad students from India so I think they plan on staying for at least a year if not two.  

I recently had a bookkeeper from India, setup QBO for my 4 rentals.

From this point forward you work with people from India.

(Many of them are from India - far from home - and I am hoping that 3 or 4 of them will want to live together in a house instead of hotel rooms.)Back to the rehab:I want to hire people from Craigslist at $15 to $20/hr and need to pay cash at end-of-day to keep them coming back (they dont return if paycheck is 2 weeks away).I have a worker's comp policy to protect myself from worker injuries.
