Oddly, I've basically been self-quarantined for 42 days now - only public exposure has been Safeway and one trip to the beer store, and I was one of the first to wear gloves and masks at Safeway - yet I still got sick.

During this Covid-19 debacle I was able to make a deal with my Chinese suppliers (I run a small Amazon seller's business utilizing my contacts from over a decade in Asia) to get a good price on surgical masks.

And the free market dictates what gets built unless govmit wants to jump in and do their own projects.. there are companies as the other Portland Broker was stating that specialize in subsidized housing.. they run non profits etc.. but they have to jump through the same entitlement process's we do.. then you add on a layer for how to actually get the money to build these projects and that's where the red tape comes in..
