I think @Jay Hinrichs, @Jerry Puckett and @Dev Horn all have very good recommendations for what to say and how to handle the situation so that you may benefit another investor you know...and maybe yourself if you are licensed.Regarding what to say...if you don't have an outlet as mentioned above and don't want to waste their time: "I appreciate you contacting me and giving me the opportunity to make an offer to buy your house.
