A heloc is an open end mortgage or in simple terms its a high risk credit line similar to a credit card that sits in 2nd lien position adding another trade line to your credit and reducing DTI.Just like a credit card if you ever miss a payment on any debts on credit or if your scores drop unexpectedly they bank can close or reduce your line of credit.

It is a trade organization representing it's membership.  

There's plenty of work for licensed trade guys right now and they don't want the village to come after them.

The true trades prices have been very constant but the ext guys, framing contractors and int guys have become greedy. 

A hostile tenant in "normal times" is a challenge but in this pandemic environment that old adage of "what starts out crazy only gets crazier" is in full swing.

In the worst areas, you can expect prices to swing wildly from one street to the next based on criteria that simply isn't captured in a lot of real estate data.This is how crazy it can get: I used to own two identically constructed houses on different sides of the Monongahela River, 2.6 miles apart.
