I am giving her another month as she is supposed to have a large settlement coming in ( I confirmed with the insurance company) If it doesnt improve after that, I will likely give it another month and then get her out of there. 

In all honesty the vast majority of lawsuits are settled out of court by people who cannot sleep at night because of a case they might win, but the fear of going bankrupt or losing your life savings from a $10 million lawsuit makes them agree to pay the $400K or $500k settlement rather than risk losing millions.

That way the owner knows how much they are getting and there are no surprises at the settlement table.

We go to settlement tomorrow and I'm pleased to announce that after much fight we've purchased the unit outright from the solar company.
