I spend much of my day reading & talking with people about the current RE market conditions, and for now,  Houston and much of Texas has faired well, so we are using caution when showing homes, and using technology to streamline much of the transactions.

The economy here in Huntsville is driven by a mix of private and public industry sectors including aerospace, defense, technology, and education.

@Bruce Woodruff i like this, I believe even with great technological solutions that does a lot of this already (except smell😂) there's still high value in doing some boots on the ground reconnaissance as i like to call it. is it the market/economic conditions why you're not actively looking for deals right now?
