Instead they put in a huge battery bank, built a full exhaust system through the attic and roof and put a hydroponic marijuana farm into business.

Also, it was recently reported that 1 in 7 rentals are turned into grow (Marijuana) houses here.

(Buy renovate rent repeat) With marijuana now being legalized in other states, there is a thought that the Colorado population expansion,  fueling this long rise in property values, will dwindle.

They planted marijuana in the back yard, this is the one that really made me lose all the sympathy.

Nevada will be voting in November to legalize marijuana usage for any one over 18 years of age and looking at Colorado and the HUGE tax/business benefits it has brought to them, i was thinking if this passes it is a potential opportunity for huge growth.

The real-estate market seems to be doing well right now, perhaps due to the high amount of people moving to colorado since the legalization of marijuana.
