I've been reading all sorts of materials and listening to podcasts, but the process of juggling finding a real estate agent, applying for loans, finding a good deal, locating a contractor, hiring a property management company, etc. has been a lot.

I have not discussed any further deals with the HML because of the refi juggle so i didn't want to call them until the refis are complete hopefully soon.

I go out of my way to meet everyone who invests with me via these calls so its a lot to juggle.
