Suicide rates are higher than homicide rates in the US and WAY higher than justifiable homicide rates, and a given gun that a law-abiding person owns is therefore statistically more likely to be used to kill themselves than someone else.

I don't think a recession will help reduce suicide rates, but I agree there is a problem.

Not all, but most: Don't clean, always some drama with roommates, suicidal, depression, drugs, rape, I hear a lot of stories from my tenants.
