The concerning part of this is that either 1. the agent isn't writting offers they should, or 2.the agent hasn't been able to explain the strategy to you in a way that makes you confident in their judgement to not submit an offer.Hope this helps.

I have said this on several forums and to dozens of people, but it falls on deaf ears.i do max my TSP ($19K) and backdoor Roth ($6K) because I have the capital to spare and have nothing better to do with it (against my better judgement).

That's some of the stuff you deal with.Most times you can't follow 3x rent, good credit...a lot of the times you are making a total judgement call on these folks.

They should expect to pay more because of the number of people and the short lease... so make a judgement call and tell them how much it will cost.

I was told that you have an IN-HOUSE CPA who would be more than willing to assist my CPA OR do the taxes themselves.Question after question I'm being told that my CPA needs to use his "own best judgement" rather than rely on advice from the firm that setup the entities to begin with.I think all potential clients need to be very mindful that Royal Legal Solutions WILL NOT back you up with your CPA when you go to file your taxes.
