It is not that unusual.

The purpose of building wealth your family can tap into is to make sure they have something to hang onto in case you are no longer there to teach them anything.The future's uncertain and the end is always near. 

If I run into (a wayward) departing tenant in person, I'm happy to explain in person, but I don't have time to chase down tenants so an in person chat would be unusual.

I actually bought a FC property through the new senate bill 1079 in CA few months ago .. and I do scour through stox posting and other sites for the upcoming fc properties .. and I see those junior liens being foreclosed but was uncertain how it would play out.great information on this thread .. and I now much more comfortable given the information here  .. perhaps I would try to bid on a small junior lien and allow things play out and see what happen.

Nothing looked unusual or concerning.

So if you are still uncertain, could just make a lease with employer and give that employer rights to sublet to the person, thus your lease is with employer and there on hook to you, and they can deal with the person and all that liability. 

Triple checking for typos / expensive errors, like entity names, dates, price, contingencies, etc.Send it out for e-signature.Contact the listing agent to let them know the offer is on the way - and to possibly prep for anything unusual in the offer. 

To be fair, the value that the county has assessed is close to the actual market value, but still the big jump comes as a shock to me because historically the county's value had trailed the actual value by a large amount.For people who have properties in Williamson County:Does this year's (2022) increase seem highly unusual to you or is it just me?
