To each their own.

Each market has it's own unique criteria to be successful and a market expert with properties of their own is an invaluable resource. 

Most people just use the title company because it's just simpler but if you want to drive to the courthouse to do it I think you could do it on your own. 

I have clients that I have helped go from 20 units to over 200 units  SFRs that they now own..

If there’s nothing active, starting your own is a great idea — even if it’s just a small coffee meetup at first.

And of course there are many markets through out the US that the same metrics apply.. but there are others were flipping plat is not going to work well as the builders will just do their own.

I’ve profited plenty from remodeling/selling my own SFR houses, but I’ve not actually done a short-term flip on my own.

It is area specific although hosts should be clear in the listing and it’s also worth providing info on a rental service if guests don’t want to bring their own. 

If anything explain that there is a fee on top of a lifetime charge (which on its own is kind of weird), but okay.
