@Guillermo Vladimir RoblesI can only think of three strategies if 50K is your total budget:1) Subject to (you'd have to be able to pick up a significant mortgage payment)2) Mobile homes too old to qualify for conventional financing3) Lease a really nice car and buy some designer suits.

@Vladimir Riché screening is really important, having a good lease, and as mentioned above, security deposit...you'll likely have to have someone co-sign since most college people don't work - thus no income to "afford" a rental property.
