My playbook: get three quotes side‑by‑side for DSCR cash‑out vs HELOC vs small‑bank portfolio loan, include all fees and prepayment penalties, and only proceed if you still cash flow with a vacancy and repair buffer.

They might be able to assist in resolving the issue or even help in applying any penalties as per their policies.If your listing mentions a fee for smoking violations, you can attempt to charge the guests for the breach of rules.
